Teknik Chooses Cellmania to Distribute Mobile Products

Teknik and Cellmania Team Together to Bring Mobile Applications to Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless Subscribers

NEWPORT BEACH, California, January 13, 2004 -- Teknik Digital Arts announced today the execution of an agreement with Cellmania of Mountain View, California to electronically distribute mobile applications.  Cellmania has established partnerships with both Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless, the number 2 and 3 domestic wireless carriers, to sell mobile applications to their more than 40 million subscribers in the United States .

Teknik’s games for mobile devices will be offered through Cellmania’s channel partners for download over the air (OTA) starting in the second quarter of 2004.  Those who download the game will have the option to play solo against computer driven opponents or against other competitors in a multiplayer mode.  Individuals who wish to play the multiplayer version of SpellStrike™ will have the opportunity to find partners, set up games, and compete via Teknik’s mobile web community.
